Yesterday's workout:

"Nate"

Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:
2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings

Comments: Completed eight rounds in about half hour. Subbed 2 muscle-ups for 6 pullups and 3 ring dips. After the fourth round, I could only do negatives on the HSPUs before dropping to the ground.
